2. Information the App itself collects

The App is a poker equity calculator. All calculations run locally on your device. The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit your personal information, and it does not require an account or sign-in. The cards and inputs you enter are processed on your device and are not sent to us or to any server by the App.

3. Information collected through advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service operated by Google. To serve ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and process certain information, including:

• Device and account identifiers (such as advertising identifiers)
• IP address
• Information about your interactions with ads and the App
• Diagnostic and device information

This information is used by Google for purposes such as serving and measuring ads, analytics, and fraud prevention. The Developer does not receive your individual personal data from this process; the Developer receives only aggregated, non-identifying reports about ad performance.

4. Consent and your choices

Where required by law (for example, for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), the App presents a consent message before personalized ads are served, allowing you to make choices about the use of your data for advertising. You can also manage ad personalization through your device settings, and you can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device's settings.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children. It is intended for adult poker players for study and analysis purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data retention and security

Because the App does not collect personal data itself, it does not retain such data. Information handled by Google AdMob is processed and retained by Google in accordance with Google's own policies. Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols.

7. Data deletion requests

The App itself does not store personal data that we could delete on your behalf. For data handled by Google's advertising services, you can manage and reset your advertising identifier in your device settings, and you may contact us at info@rookery-nest.com with any questions.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
